2026 ALL Practices are at Eddyside Pool
White *
- Includes: all swimmers aged 8 and under (regardless of experience) and all inexperienced swimmers (regardless of age)
- Practices are held Monday – Friday from 10:30 – 11:30 am
Red *
- Includes: developing swimmers aged 9 & Up
- Practices are held Monday – Friday from 10:30 – 11:30 am
Black*
- Includes: experienced swimmers
- Practices are held Monday – Friday from 9:00 – 10:15 am
- Dryland training is a requirement for members of this group
*Any movement between groups will be determined by the coaches
