Meet Declaration/ Volunteers needed
Good Afternoon,
We are looking forward to our first meet of the season! Your athletes have been working hard in practice, and tomorrow night is their opportunity to have fun and put their training into action.
- Meet Sign-Up Instructions
An important part of providing the best meet experience for everyone is ensuring that the coaching staff knows which meets your swimmer plans to attend. Meet lineups are created in advance, so if you have not declared your availability for a meet, your swimmer will not be entered into the lineup.
Please follow the meet entry instructions provided here.
Dual Meets
- Simply accept or decline attendance.
- Coaches will select the lineup and events.
Invitationals
- You will see a list of available events.
- Please select the events your swimmer would like to swim.
- Volunteers Needed: Timers
We are still in need of timers. For those who are new to swim meets, timers are essential, we cannot run the meet without them. It's an easy job, and it gives you one of the best views of the action!

- Weather Information
There is a chance of rain tomorrow (the fun quirk of summer swimming). Please keep the following in mind:
- We will swim in light rain as long as visibility remains safe and there is no thunder or lightning.
- If thunder or lightning occurs, the pool and deck will be cleared immediately.
- Families wait in their vehicles, but please do not leave.
- Unless the meet is officially canceled by the coaches via email or team alert, weather-related interruptions are considered delays only.
- We will resume the meet once conditions improve and it is deemed safe to continue.
Thank you for your cooperation and support. We look forward to a great first meet!
Sincerely,
Coach Carlton
